UK Govies push Europe and US higher

BONDS
  • A really punchy open for Gilt, despite opening at 102.67, the jump higher is dragging Bund and Tnote toward at the upper end of the range.
  • All UK led.
  • Given the Jump in Gilt on the open, Gilt/Bund spread tightens by 6.7bps, and lowest since late August.
  • Most desks will look at 125.0, and 120.0bps as initial support area.
  • A clear break through the latter, opens to 113.88bps.
