UK DATA: UK Housing Prices Recover, Confirming Recent Lending Data
-UK Nov House Price Index +2.2% y/y, biggest rise since Nov 2018
-UK Nov London HPI +0.2% y/y vs -0.5% Oct (Oct revised from -1.6% y/y)

UK house prices rose by more than expected in November, while the 
October increase was revised upward to 1.3% from the originally-reported 
1.0% rise. London prices increased modestly, after a large upward 
revision in October, taking the average house price in the capital to 
Stg463,000, a 2.8% improvement over the recent trough recorded in May. 
The data are consistent with recent lending data suggesting that a long 
period of house price weakness may be moderating.
