  • A more steady overnight session for Bund, compared to the sessions we have had seen since the 9th March.
  • The contract is circa flat post cash open, albeit underpinned, but well off 140.30 which was yesterday's peak.
  • Small support is seen at 137.65, followed by 137.10, yesterday's low.
  • Small resistance moves down to 138.70.
  • This morning sees, the German ZEW, and no tier 1 data of the US.
  • SUPPLY: UK £2bn 2053 (equates to 33.5k Gilt) should weigh into the bidding deadline, Germany EU1.5bn 2027 (equates to 11.2k BobL) should have no impact. US sells $12bn 20yr reopening.
  • SPEAKERS: ECB's Lagarde, Villeroy are the scheduled speakers.
