US Equity Futures Narrow in on Monday Highs

  • US equity futures continue to make progress an hour into US cash trade, with the Monday high in the e-mini S&P next up at 3971.50. A rally through here opens the 200- and 100-dmas at 4003.75 and 4008.6 respectively.
  • The rebound in regional bank names continues, however the iShares US Regional Banks ETF is well off the best levels of the day (albeit still higher by just over 5%).
  • First Republic Bank still holds solid gains of over 40%, with the rally in the headline S&P also supported by big tech and growth names. Across the index, 468 gainers outpace just 30 stocks trading lower so far Tuesday.
