US Falls to Lowest Since March on Warm Weather

US Natgas falling with front month to the lowest since mid March on mild weather.

    • US Natgas NOV 22 down -1.7% at 4.87$/mmbtu
  • Above normal temperatures are expected throughout the two-week forecast period for central and eastern US. Current lower 48 dry gas demand is at 64.8bcf/d compared to 69bcf/d at this time of year. Demand historically starts to increase about now heading into the winter heating season.
  • Dry gas production was steady at around 101.25bcf/d over the weekend and still well above normal.
  • Deliveries to LNG export terminals are around 11.26bcf/d today with almost no flows to Cove Point and Freeport. Cove Point is expected back from maintenance shortly while Freeport is aiming to gradually return to operation during November.
  • Exports to Mexico have fallen slightly down to around 6.1bcf/d.
