    • Quite concerningly, the LPR leader said, "the war is near."
  • As noted yesterday, Moscow Mayor says there is no need to extend the lockdown past 7 Nov as the pandemic situation has stabilised in Moscow. As of Monday, elders will still remain at home and 30% remote working will still be in effect, however.
