US Rejects Russian Calls to Lift Diplomat Restrictions, LPR Wary Of Donbass Escalation

• Ambassador Antonev says the US rejected all Russian initiatives aimed at lifting existing diplomatic restrictions. Notes "it will be impossible to resume normal relations without settling these issues"
• Lugansk People's Republic warns of a coming escalation with Kiev in the Donbass as its policies continue to exacerbate the conflict.
  • Notes the Ukrainian seizure of the joint control centre and lifting of restrictions on weapons usage means there may be something more serious brewing and the LPR should stay on guard.
  • Quite concerningly, the LPR leader said, "the war is near."
• As noted yesterday, Moscow Mayor says there is no need to extend the lockdown past 7 Nov as the pandemic situation has stabilised in Moscow. As of Monday, elders will still remain at home and 30% remote working will still be in effect, however.
