US Treasuries test session low

  • While Bund stays underpinned since the Cash open, {us} US Treasuries is seeing continued selling interest, FVA sold 5k, and TYA in 3k
  • It's another decent start for Volumes in Treasuries, TYU4 has now seen two record sessions in the past two days (Friday, Monday), at least for the September expiry, also discounting the volume traded on the 28th May, since this was driven by rolling June positions into the September expiry.
  • As noted on the Bund open, although the German contract is already back at pre NFP levels, TYU4 would need to trade towards 113.00 to reverse that move.
