USD/JPY last trades 15 pips or so........>

DOLLAR-YEN
DOLLAR-YEN: USD/JPY last trades 15 pips or so lower at Y110.85 last. Rate ground
lower for the majority of Thursday's session, before the late recovery &
positive finish on Wall St. put a bid back into the rate.
- Little reaction to the latest Japanese labour report & Tokyo CPI print, with
industrial production, retail sales and the summary of opinions from the BoJ's
Dec MonPol meeting due shortly.
- Bears look for a break below yesterday's intraday low at Y110.46. Bulls look
for a clean break above the 200-DMA & the base 1.0% 10-DMA envelope.
- Broader risk backdrop and month end flows are set to dominate JPY price action
over the coming days.
