Treasuries are a little stronger in a quiet session thus far.
- The Mar 19 T-Note future is up 1/32 at 122-115, having traded in a very narrow
range (122-085 to 122-12).
- Curve is flat, with 2-Yr yield down 0.8bps at 2.4738%, 5-Yr down 0.8bps at
2.4368%d, 10-Yr down 0.7bps at 2.6285%, and 30-Yr up 0.5bps at 3.0103%.
- A technical error limited CME futures trade overnight, with T-Notes subject to
a quiet re-open after the technical glitches were smoothed out.
- Day set to be highlighted by Fed Chair Powell's testimony in the House of
Representatives, following the Senate session Tuesday.
- Final durable goods, housing starts, factory orders and advance goods trade
balance feature on the data docket today.
- Politics in focus: Pres Trump meeting w NKorea`s Kim in Vietnam, while Trump`s
former lawyer Cohen set to testify against the president in Congress today.
- Also, USTR Lighthizer on Capitol Hill to discuss US-China trade negotiations.
