Workers Extend Strikes At EdF’s Sites Until 29 March

Industrial action at EdF’s sites in France has been extended by one day until 29 March 9PM, a remit message showed.

  • Strikes are currently affecting the full output at the 910MW Bugey 3 reactor.
  • Industrial action had less effect on nuclear output in recent days than at the start of the strikes, but several outage extensions have weighed on French nuclear output.
  • Hydropower generation has been reduced by 3.16GW on Wednesday.
