YM Unwinds Overnight Bid

AUSSIE BONDS

Relatively muted early Sydney dealing sees YM unwind its overnight bid to trade -0.2 last, while XM prints -4.2 on the day. Headline flow remains light, which allows the cash ACGB space to catch up to overnight session moves, as the curve bear steepens. Note that today's RBA ACGB purchases saw the bucket extended to cover ACGB Nov '28.
