5yr futures reversed course again yesterday, this time higher. The outlook remains bullish. Futures have defined an initial support at 125-28, yesterday's low. An ability to remain above this level would be encouraging for bulls. Attention is on a potential challenge of resistance at 126-06+, Sep 3 high and the bull trigger. Clearance of this hurdle would open the July highs of 126-12+.
