US 5YR FUTURE TECHS: (Z18) 100-dma Caps For Now
*RES 3: 113-06 Short-term trend channel resistance
*RES 2: 113-012/027 Short-term trend channel broken base/61.8% 111-26+-113-277
*RES 1: 112-29 100-DMA
*PRICE: 112-26+ @ 11:09 GMT, Nov 28
*SUP 1: 111-26+ Oct 8 ten-year low
*SUP 2: 111-07+ Oct 14 2008 low
*SUP 3: 110-29+ 50% 96-25+-125-01+
The Tuesday session was largely uninspiring, with the 100-dma continuing to cap
price action despite briefly showing above on Friday. For bulls to regain the
upper hand, a close above that 112-29 mark will be needed. The 50-dma at 112-137
will provide some short-term support ahead of the Oct 8 ten-year low at 111-07+.
Any recovery through the 100-dma to the upside will open the 61.8% retracement
of 111-26+-113-277 at 113-027. Above here lies the uptrend channel at 113-067.
Conversely, a close below the Nov-21 low of 112-22 would mark the start of a new
short-term downtrend.
