Bund futures continue to trade below 140.92, the Oct 28 high. The contract remains in an uptrend following the recent extension from the Oct 21 low of 134.02. With a bullish cycle still in play, attention is on the 50-day EMA at 140.67 - a key resistance. This EMA capped the upside recently and a break would strengthen bullish conditions. A stronger reversal lower and a breach of 137.57, Oct 27 low, would signal the end of the bull cycle.
