Reuters reporting comments attributed to an advisor to President Volodymyr Zelensky stating that Russia is launching a second wave of missile strikes on Ukrainian targets.
- Comes as unconfirmed social media reports comment on loud explosions being heard in the capital Kyiv, in a much more central location than previous incidents.
- Facts on the ground remain extremely shaky. A large number of Western news outlets are reporting that major/strategically important cities such as Kyiv, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lutsk have been hit by missiles. Also reports that the Black Sea ports of Odessa and Mariupol have seen Russian troops landing by sea.
