  • The DMO will return to the market this morning with GBP900mln nominal of the 0.125% Mar-51 linker on offer.
  • Demand for the 30-year linker has remained strong – with every auction of the linker achieving a bid-to-cover in excess of 2.00x – while at the last reopening in September a 2.54x bid-to-cover was achieved on a similarly sized GBP900mln nominal auction size.
  • We expect to see continued strong demand at today’s auction.
  • Timing: Results will be available shortly after the auction closes at 10:00GMT with a further GBP225mln available to successful bidders through the PAOF.
