PORTUGAL: AFP reporting that Portuguese PM Antonio Costa is reimposing some
COVID-19 restrictions in the capital, Lisbon, in an effort to curb COVID-19
cases. 
- Portugal has had 39,392 recorded cases according to Johns Hopkins University,
with increase coming in at around 0.8-1.0% per day recently.
- No confirmation of what the measures might be, but this would represent the
first Western European capital going back into some form of lockdown after
unwinding measures previously.
