Angola March Crude Loadings Lowest Since At Least 2008

Angola plans to cut March oil export volumes to the lowest since at least 2008 according to the latest loading schedule.

  • Crude loadings of 902kb/d are expected in March down from 1.05mb/d in February.
  • The schedule includes 29 cargoes carrying a combined volume of 27.95mbbls
  • Angola’s crude oil production in December was around 1.134mb/d according to the OPEC MOMR based on secondary sources, compared to an OPEC target of 1.455mb/d. Many OPEC members are underproducing but Angola in particularly is struggling due to under investment and disruptions.
