AUSSIE-KIWI: AUD/NZD has climbed 21 pips thus far and last sits at NZ$1.0492, as
kiwi sits at the bottom of the G10 pile. This comes after the rate dropped 20
pips yesterday, mostly owing to NZD's outperformance in Tuesday's Asia-Pac
session.
- As a reminder, Australian Q4 CPI comes out at 0030GMT/1130AEDT.
- Initial resistance noted at yesterday's peak at NZ$1.0497, followed by the
50-DMA/21-DMA at NZ$1.0547/50. Conversely, initial support is located at
yesterday's low of NZ$1.0467 and a break below would bring the lower 1.0% 10-DMA
envelope at NZ$1.0436 into view.
