AUSSIE: AUD/USD still struggles to find impetus after the local ANZ job ads fell
6.7% M/M, shrinking for the third consecutive month. Weekly ANZ consumer
confidence gauge declined too. Both reports mentioned raging bushfires as
damaging Australian labour mkt and sentiment respectively.
- The rate operates at $0.6930, 10 pips lower on the day. Monday's low of
$0.6925 has provided support thus far. Below there would bring the Dec
25/200-DMA at $0.6904/6897 into play. Bulls need to take out the Jan 3 high of
$0.6995 to gain some topside momentum.
