Aussie Bonds followed Tsys higher on...>

AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bonds followed Tsys higher on SYCOM. The move came
alongside cratering U.S. equities on the back of waning optimism surrounding the
U.S.-China trade "truce," inversion at the front end of the Tsys curve and
technical plays in U.S. Tsy yields.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year cash yield differential is trading flatter at writing,
last ~52bp.
- The bill strip trades 1 tick lower to 1 tick higher through the reds, with
3-Month BBSW fixing ~0.3bp higher today. Focus on year end funding requirements.
- Focus today falls on AU GDP data & the auction of a XMZ8 basket bond.
