Trans-Tasman spill over stemming from NZGB weakness in the wake of the latest NZ labour market data and a pullback in U.S. Tsys has left Aussie bonds trading on the defensive over the last couple of hours, with YM -6.0 & XM -1.0. Benchmark cash ACGBs run 2-6bp cheaper. EFPs are still wider on the day, albeit off early wides.
