AUSSIE BONDS

Very little in the way of idiosyncratic matters to drive the space today, with the early uptick in futures more than reversed on the back of the previously alluded to (modest) downtick in new daily COVID cases recorded in China, as the run of fresh record highs in that metric comes to an end. Cash ACGBs run 4-7bp cheaper across the curve, with the 10- to 12-Year zone leading the weakness. EFPs are a little narrower today, suggesting the move is bond driven, as opposed to swap led.
