BELGIUM T-BILL AUCTION PREVIEW: Belgium's Debt Agency re-open 3-month Feb 8,
2018 T-bill and 6-month Apr 12, 2018 T-bill for a combined total of between
E0.8-E1.2bln on Tuesday. 
- RV: Bid-yield on the Feb 8, 2018 BTC is seen trading at -0.660%, towards the
bottom end of its 1-month range of between -0.608% and -0.688%. As for the
6-month Apr 12, 2018 BTC, the bid-yield is currently at -0.658%, also towards
the bottom end of its 1-month range of between -0.581% and -0.671%, according to
Tradeweb.
- HISTORY: For comparison at the last 3-month T-bill auction on Oct 3 the
Belgium Treasury allotted E601mln at average yield -0.726% and covered 3.54
times. For comparison at the last 6-month T-bill auction on Oct 3, E1.015bln was
allocated at an average yield of -0.622% and covered 2.09 times. 
- REDEMPTION: There is no T-bill redemption this week, therefore could leave net
cash flow positive to the tune of E1.2bln, which is seen weighing on demand.
- TIMING: Results are due to be announced around 1040GMT.
