JGBS: /BOJ: The BOJ said Friday that it would leave the frequency and scale of
purchases of all JGBs in March unchanged from Feb, adding it would conduct
purchases flexibly, taking account of market conditions, aiming to achieve the
target level of a long-term interest rate specified by market ops guidelines.
Depending on conditions, purchase size per auction could be set at a fixed
amount or to an unlimited amount, the BOJ added. The schedule sees the BOJ
refrain from operations on days when the Ministry of Finance holds auctions for
JGBs or the BOJ board meets.
