CABLE: *** Brexit headlines continue to drive sterling direction with many
traders sitting on the sidelines as algo reactions/thin conditions prompt
volatility. Cable saw a low of $1.3405 in opening Asian trade as market reacted
to a Telegraph report suggesting PM May faces a Cabinet revolt led by Johnson
and Gove. Timing was a little out with some suggesting reports that UK police
had foiled an assassination plot on May more in time with the move. Cable
recovered to $1.3436 and has found decent support around the $1.3420 level which
has kept it buoyed into Europe. 
* Support $1.3405/00, $1.3371. Resistance $1.3435/45. 
* Brexit Minister Davis at Brexit Parliamentary Ctte, Chancellor Hammond at TSC
both at 0915GMT.
- PM May Questions in Parliament at 1200GMT in focus. 
* Options: Expiries at today's NY cut GBP/USD: $1.3500(Gbp316mn),
$1.3550(Gbp254mn)
