UK: Brexit observers shifting back and forth this morning on the prospect of a
deal being agreed to by the UK and EU. 
- Following some initial positivity, the UK gov't now seems more pessimistic
towards a deal being agreed, with Northern Ireland's DUP the major stumbling
bloc.
- At present it appears 50/50 whether a deal will be agreed to and presented to
the UK parliament by Saturday 19 Oct.
- Even if the deal is reached and agreed to by UK and EU parliament, an
extension beyond Oct 31 is likely to be required to get required primary
legislation in place.
