econ operating at potentl'. Common-wage growth 2.6% in 1Q, shld be 
around 3% at this stage of cycle. 'Some slack remains' in labor market. 
Higher Cdn oil prices shld benefit Canadian econ on net and boost 
headline infl but impact on infl transitory. On hsg, resale activity to
