CANADA DATA IMPACT: BoC Summer 2019 Business Outlook Survey points to a 
"slight improvement in business sentiment." Sales growth is expected to 
quicken, balance of opinion highest in 2 years. Sales supported by 
domestic demand in Ontario & Quebec and a weak Canadian dollar helping 
foreign export demand. Expectations are positive for housing but oil 
anticipated to remain a drag on sales. Global trade tensions also seen 
as potential headwind. Majority of inflation expectations still between 
1-2%. Investment plans hold slightly above historical average. Survey 
conducted between May 7 through June 3.
