Bund close the opening gap, Treasuries lead

  • US Treasuries seem to be leading the way, further cumulative selling going through, TYA in another 3.5k, FVA 2.5k, and USA 1.1k.TYH4 did print a 110.22+ low Yesterday, but the area to watch will be at 110.18
  • Bund has now closed its opening gap down to 134.08, recall there's heavy Dutch supply to take in this morning, would equate to some 49.6k Bund, Corporate issuance is also building up with the lack of data and risk events for today.
  • A break through the 134.00 figure, opens back to 133.87, followed by 2.372% Yield, which today equates to 133.46.
