Cable drops over 60 pips

USD
  • The Dollar was again leaning in the red, as the US DOW and the NDX printed record highs Yesterday, all a continuation since the last Dovish FOMC, with desks looking for cuts next year.
  • The Yen and NZD were the only Currencies in the Green, albeit just up 0.10% respectively.
  • Since the Cash Govies and given the fall in UK inflation, Cable has dropped some 60 pips, and no surprises is now the worst performer in G10, down half a percent.
  • Not much in terms of support at current levels, with the next area of interest at 1.2600 20-day EMA.
  • Yen and the Kiwi are still in the green, now by 0.21% and 0.13% respectively.
  • NZDUSD trades at its highest level since late July, and next resistance comes at 0.6306 initially.
