DOLLAR-CANADA: CAD holds on to react gains after the highest CPI y/y reading
since September 2011. Continued strength in energy prices was largely attributed
to the increase which has seen USDCAD comfortably hold below C$1.3100 to print
C$1.3065. CADJPY improves to Y84.48, targeting the 100-dma at Y84.71 for the
next leg higher. Above here, next resistance is seen at Y85.28/32 (61.8% of Aug
range, Aug15 high), opening the 200-dma at Y85.66.
