Cash Cheaper At The Margin, Futures Unwind Overnight Loss

Cash JGBs were little changed to 1bp cheaper across the curve in morning trade, with the previously alluded to fiscal headlines jousting with the general risk-off feel provided by the Chinese COVID situation and related signs of social unrest seen in some of the major Chinese cities. Futures unwound the overnight downtick to hit the bell at unchanged levels vs. Friday’s settlement.
