Cheapening Impetus Maintained

US TSYS

Tsy futures have worked lower alongside Aussie bonds as Asia-Pac participants react to Thursday’s wider cheapening in core global FI markets. That leaves TYZ2 trading below its Thursday base, last -0-03 at 112-21, off of lows of 112-19+.

  • The next level of technical support is located at the 3.0% lower Bollinger Band.
  • A quick reminder that cash Tsy markets are closed until London hours on the back of a national holiday in Japan, which will thin out liquidity during Asia-Pac dealing.
