CZKJPY Approaching 5.40 Resistance

  • EURCZK ticks higher this morning after finding support at its 50DMA (24.6740); ST resistance to watch on the topside stands at 24.93 (100DMA). On the downside, support to watch below 24.6740 stands at 24.50.
  • USDCZK has been retracing higher this week after finding support slightly above the 22 level on Monday; ST resistance to watch on the topside stands at 22.6950. On the downside, resistance to watch stands at 22.10 (100DMA), followed by 22.
  • GBPCZK ticks higher this morning, gradually approaching its ST resistance at 29.75 (200DMA). A break above that level would open the door for a move up to 30. On the downside, support to watch stands at 29.50 (50DMA).
  • CZKPLN has been trending slightly higher in the past few days, currently trading at around 0.19. ST resistance to watch on the topside stands at 0.1919. On the downside, support to watch stands at 0.1887.
  • CZKHUF ticks lower this morning, currently trading slightly above the 15 level; ST support to watch on the downside stands at 14.90. On the topside, resistance to watch stands at 15.25.
  • CZKJPY continues to retrace higher this morning amid JPY weakness, with the pair currently trading slightly below the 5.40 level. A break above that would open the door for a move up to 5.4750, which was the high reached before the Russia/Ukraine selloff. On the downside, support to watch stands at 5.30, followed by 5.2630 (50DMA). (chart below).
