Underlying futures steady to mildly weaker in the short end at the moment. Projected rate cut in early 2024 consolidates: December at 0bp at 5.333%, January 2024 cumulative .5bp at 5.338%, March 2024 pricing in -28.1% chance of a rate cut (-33.9% late Friday) with cumulative at -6.5bp at 5.267%, May 2024 pricing in -47.4% (-51.8% late Fri) chance of a rate cut with cumulative -18.4bp at 5.149%. Fed terminal has fallen to 5.335% in Dec'23-Feb'24.
