Earthquake Shakes Buildings In Tokyo, No Tsunami Warning Issued

JAPAN

Japan's NHK reporting that an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.4 has hit the Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Ibaraki prefectures of Honshu Islands. It states that the epicentre was off the coast of Chiba prefecture, with a maximum intensity of five minus on the Japanese scale, but that no tsunami warning has been issued.
