  • Bund is edging back towards the figure, with the early upside in futures capped last night following the leaning Hawkish Fed and by the heavy Italian supply this morning, which has kept the pressure on the BTP.
  • There's still very little change in EGBs, with a more stable tight 25 ticks range in French OAT, the main driver in semi core and the EUR this week.
  • Some will look at 131.26 Yesterday's high in Bund for initial resistance, but better is seen at 131.58.
