  • Austria came to the market on Wednesday for a E4.5bln syndicated launch of the new 0.90% Feb-32 RAGB (ISIN: AT0000A2WSC8). E4.0bln was allotted.
  • Italy also came to the market on Wednesday, launching E5.0bln the new 0.75% Oct-30 CCTeu via syndication (ISIN: IT0005491250).
  • Today Italy will return to the market to conclude Eurozone bond issuance for the week. On offer will be E1.5-2.0bln of the 0% Nov-23 BTP Short Term and E1.0-1.5bln of the 0.10% May-33 BTPei.

NET NOMINAL FLOWS: This week sees redemptions from Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Slovenia totalling E2.9bln, and coupons payments of E0.8bln. With estimated gross nominal issuance of E35.2bln, net flows for this week are estimated at positive E31.5bln (following net flows of positive E19.2bln last week).
