EGB SUMMARY: EGBs are broadly unchanged on a syndication-heavy Tuesday.
- Mar 19 Bund futures are up 8 ticks at 164.99, with little movement on the cash
curve: 2-Yr yield is up 0.4bps at -0.578% (E5bln of Dec-20 Schatz to be sold
later this morning), 10-Yr is unchanged at 0.205%. 
- Big day for syndicated govvy benchmark sales, including Greek 5-Yr Apr-24
(IPTs 3.75-3.875%), Austria 10-Yr Feb-29 (IPTs MS-17bps area), and Belgium 30-Yr
Jun-50 (IPTs MS+46 area).
- Additionally, KfW selling 5-Yr benchmark. 
- Spain's Budget Minister said the EU would not require further clarification of
the Spanish 2019 budget (which is to be debated starting mid-Feb). 10-Yr Spanish
spreads/Bunds basically unchanged at 101.4bps.
- Mar 19 BTP future is up 11 ticks at 128.82.
- Extremely limited data today; French Jan Consumer Confidence beat expectations
at 91 vs BBG median of 88. 10-Yr OAT spreads steady at around 40bps to Bunds.
- Banque de France/ECB`s Villeroy speaking at a FinTech conference in Paris at
1020GMT.
