ELECTRICITY: EnBW Hedged 90-100% of Planned Power Generation for 2025

EnBW hedged 90-100% of its planned power generation, including fuels and emissions allowances, for 2025 as of the end of September. This compares to more than 80% hedged at the end of June, it said. 

  • For 2026, the utility hedged 50-80% of its planned production as of the end of Q3. This compares to 40-70% hedged at the end of Q2.
  • For 2027, EnBW hedged 10-40% of its planned production as of the end of Q3. This compares to below 30% hedged in the previous quarter.
