EURO-DOLLAR
EURO-DOLLAR: EUR/USD has stuck to a tight range in early dealing this week, last
$1.1550.
- The latest round of headlines from Italian policymakers (made over the
weekend) has done little to change the market's perception of the ruling
government.
- From a technical perspective the pair has dipped back under $1.1600 following
the strong US jobs report, with the close below the figure turning focus to
$1.1500. Bulls need a close back above $1.1600 to alter the outlook in their
favour.
- The ECB decision headlines the EZ docket this week.
