EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE
EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: Eurozone bill issuance this week totalled E11.5bln Vs
E19.7bln last week. 
The Netherlands, France, Spain, ESM, and Portugal all came to market. 
- RECAP: Issuance began on Monday morning when the Netherlands tapped the Feb 20
2019, and Apr 30 2019 DTCs for a combined E2.5bln. 
Later Monday France tapped the May 15 2019, Jul 31 2019, and Jan 29 2020 BTFs
for a combined E4.7bln. 
Tuesday was kicked off by Spain who tapped the 3-month May 10 2019 and 9-month
Nov 15 2019 Letras for a combined E1.33bln. 
Later Tuesday the ESM tapped the new Aug 22 2019 bill for E2.0bln. 
Bill issuance was then wrapped up for the week on Wednesday when Portugal tapped
the May 17 2019, and Jan 17 2020 bills for E1.0bln. 
- CASH FLOWS: With E8.9bln in redemptions due this week, cash flow will come in
at positive E2.6bln, versus negative E3.9bln last week.
