US: Former VP Joe Biden's implied probability of victory in race for Democratic
nomination on the rise over the course of the day following solid debate
performance and slew of influential endorsements. 
- Biden now at 13.3% probability of victory according to Betdata.io, just short
of second-placed Mike Bloomberg on 16.8%. 
- House Majority Whip and 14-term incumbent Representative Jim Clyburn (D-SC)
endorsed Biden's candidacy on 26 Feb, just days ahead of the South Carolina
primary. 
- Clyburn's endorsement seen as a valuable asset in a state where 61% of the
Democratic electorate in 2016 were African-American.
- Biden also recieved the endorsement of former Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn and 80
other senior Democratic officials from the state. 
- Biden's campaign has been difficult so far, coming in 4th in Iowa, 5th in New
Hampshire and a distant 2nd to Bernie Sanders in Nevada.
