French Refinery Strikes Set to End Today

REFINING

72-hour strike action against the French government's pension plan pushed into today at most of TotalEnergies' refinery sites in the country according to Agence France-Presse reports.

  • The CGT union said the strike involves operators at the French company's oil depot in the French Flanders and at refineries in Donges, Feyzin and Normandy.
  • The refinery strikes are set to end today.
  • TotalEnergies reported earlier in the week that shipping of products from its sites had been impacted by the strikes.
