French Telecom Firm Enters 15-Year Solar PPA

French telecommunications firm Orange has signed a 15-year PPA for power delivered from developer ZE Energy’s 77MW solar power plant in France, according to Orange.

  • ZE Energy will deliver 90 GWh/yr to Orange under the agreement.
  • The power plant will also include a 14.8MW battery storage plant and will be connected to the French grid in 2025.
  • This will be Orange’s first PPA in France, the firm said.
