JGBS: Front end of the curve outperforms in early cash trade, with spill over
from yesterday's enhancement of liquidity measures from the BoJ, and the
potential for further measures, if warranted (including a rate cut, although
this is a bit of a tail risk) likely supporting the 1-3 Year zone, as 4s to 7s
underperform at the margin.
- Swaps generally wider across the curve vs. JGBs, with the swap curve twist
steepening.
- Futures +9 after a choppy start.
- 1-10 Year BoJ Rinban ops due in ~10 minutes.
