Futures A Touch Cheaper, Traders Eye Early Exit

AUSSIE BONDS

The cheapening witnessed on the U.S. Tsy curve applied some modest pressure to Aussie bond futures during the overnight session, with firmer than expected U.S. PCE data at the fore. Still YM & XM have recovered from worst levels of the overnight session, trading -1.5 & -3.0 respectively. The local docket is empty on Friday, with ASX interest rate futures set to close at 12:30 Sydney time as markets break for Christmas.
