Futures Back From Overnight Highs

JGBS

JGB futures shed 11 ticks overnight, reversing the early post-Tokyo uptick, with wider risk aversion paring back as we moved through Thursday. It is hard to gauge if Tokyo will add further impetus to the selling pressure that was witnessed during the second half of overnight trade.

  • 2-Year JGB supply, Tokyo CPI and the release of the BoJ’s March Rinban plans headline the local docket on Friday.
