AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Futures have stuck to a tight range in the main SFE session, after
following the broader risk-sentiment driven flow on SYCOM, ending the SYCOM
session around where we trade last.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year cash yield spread hovers around 63.5bp, virtually
unch., while the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield differential deals at ~-49.5bp, also
unch.
- In the short end, 3-Month BBSW set ~0.2bp lower today, with Bills trading 1
tick higher to 2 ticks lower last, while repo rates remain elevated.
- Bill volume has been light.
- The AOFM tapped A$1.0bn of the 2.50% 21 May 2030 Bond, issue #TB155, in a
solid auction.
